Worum geht es in Tokyo 24th Ward?
Drei Kindheitsfreunde sind auf einer künstlichen Insel vor Tokyo aufgewachsen: dem sogenannten 24. Bezirk. Kurz nachdem ein Vorfall ihren Alltag erschüttert hat, erhalten die drei Jugendlichen einen Anruf von einem tot geglaubten Freund, der sie dazu auffordert, ihre „Zukunft zu wählen“. Daraufhin versucht jeder von ihnen auf seine eigene Weise, die Stadt vor ihrem unheilvollen Schicksal zu bewahren. Doch im Hintergrund braut sich bereits eine Verschwörung zusammen, die den 24. Bezirk bedroht … Wird es ihnen gelingen, die Zukunft zu verändern?

The trio are unable to make a choice between the two, and decide to go meet Asumi by any means. What is the future that RGB chooses?
