Worum geht es in Strange Angel?
„Strange Angel“ erzählt die Geschichte von Jack Parsons (Jack Reynor), der sich insbesondere als Raketeningenieur und Chemiker verdient gemacht hat. Aufgestiegen von einem Hausmeisterjob konnte er bald am kalifornischen Caltech forschen. Doch Parsons hatte noch eine andere Leidenschaft: Als Anhänger des Okkultismus von Aleister Crowley und dessen Religion Thelema praktizierte er esoterische Rituale, die von den meisten seiner Zeitgenossen kritisch gesehen wurde.
